Description

Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment and goal clarity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements following IIBA standards.
• Develop detailed business process models using BPMN and swim lane diagrams to drive process improvement.
• Create use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, and validation documentation.
• Lead workshops and requirements sessions for both technical and business audiences.
• Manage project artifacts in accordance with Project Life Cycle Management (PLM) guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ceremony participation.
• Experience with Project Life Cycle Management (PLM) workflows.
• Expertise in BPMN and swim lane diagramming.
• Ability to draft comprehensive test scripts and acceptance criteria.
• Strong capability in facilitating cross-functional stakeholder workshops.
• Experience managing requirements through the full project lifecycle.
