Description

You will lead complex planning initiatives and large-scale system replacement projects within finance and accounting domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives including Budget Planning Tool Assessments and IBIS Replacement Projects.
• Facilitate meetings with business and IT stakeholders to capture requirements, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Analyze current processes to define future-state requirements and create BRDs, functional specs, use cases, and user stories.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams to manage integrations between SAP, BPC, and other planning platforms.
• Support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts to validate functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of techno-functional experience.
• 10+ years of experience focused on accounting, finance, or budget systems.
• Deep domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and planning processes such as Workforce Planning or CAREX Planning.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC and SAP HANA.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and develop functional specifications.
• Experience working within both Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with BPC or similar planning tools.
