Drive requirement gathering and process mapping within the US payment domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze complex requirements.
• Document current and future state business process flow diagrams.
• Perform gap analysis, create roadmaps, and define functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Develop use cases, user stories, business rules, and data dictionaries.
• Present findings and project updates to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in the US payment domain.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience managing EPICS, backlogs, and user story creation.
• Extensive experience using Jira and Confluence for project tracking.
• Expertise in business process flow diagramming and gap analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements documents.
