Description

You will operate as a Senior Business Analyst within an Agile/Scrum framework, delivering comprehensive data and systems analysis artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Profile source data to identify conflicts and determine resolution recommendations based on dataset requirements.
• Decompose requirements into Epics and Features, creating concise user stories and mapping them to data models.
• Diagram current and proposed processes using context diagrams, data flow diagrams, and process flows.
• Manage the product and sprint backlogs while identifying dependencies and grouping stories into themes.
• Execute Quality Analyst functions including defining test objectives, plans, and test cases, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering business and data analysis artifacts (BRD, RTM).
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum methodology.
• Experience performing entity resolution, metadata management, and semantic conflict identification.
• Proficiency in defining acceptance criteria and managing the acceptance process with development teams.
• Experience creating conceptual prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups using tools like Balsamiq.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to test and implement solutions.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
