Description

Drive application performance monitoring and establish metric-based release criteria for web and mobile platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish application performance KPIs and develop corresponding dashboards and reporting in collaboration with business units.
• Baseline application performance in lower environments to set upper and lower threshold tollgate criteria for releases.
• Manage the reporting and review cadence of performance KPIs within the Release and Change Management approval process.
• Determine synthetic testing requirements for lower and production environments to validate customer journeys, CTAs, and content accuracy.
• Communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience testing mobile and web applications, including API and database testing.
• 3+ years of experience working with Dynatrace.
• 2+ years of experience creating test cases for applications.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload using independent judgment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with geographically diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco AppDynamics.
• Experience with 1000Eyes.
