Description

You will drive the requirements lifecycle by bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Capture business context, current state, and desired future state to define objectives and impacted user groups.
• Develop functional, non-functional, and software requirements while establishing traceability to the business vision.
• Facilitate requirement sessions for 10 to 20 people using various elicitation techniques to define scope.
• Manage requirements through the project lifecycle, ensuring change control and management procedures are followed.
• Navigate ambiguity by building organizational structures and requirements to drive out detailed specifications.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, application development, deployment, or infrastructure.
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing requirements using Use Cases, UML, and structured documentation.
• Expertise in requirements modeling, including Data Models, Class Models, State Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams.
• Experience with elicitation techniques such as interviews, prototypes, facilitated workshops, and focus groups.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, including senior staff, opinionated developers, and architects.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for communicating with global virtual teams.
• Competency in managing multiple projects and multitasking across different project managers.
• Knowledge of change control, project lifecycle management, and system-level requirements.
