You will lead business analysis efforts for mainframe and mid-range application software projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through client meetings and stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop test plans, create test scenarios, and execute testing to verify application requirements.
• Analyze test results and document findings to ensure business applications meet client specifications.
• Participate in deliverable walkthrough reviews to verify change intent across the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in business analysis.
• Direct experience with mainframe technology.
• Proven expertise in business analysis and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with test planning and execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within waterfall project methodologies.

• Healthcare industry knowledge and experience.
