Description

Lead requirement elicitation and management for a Strategic Portfolio Management application on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements for the development of the ServiceNow SPM application.
• Manage the project Product Backlog and provide subject-matter expertise to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed solution requirements, including Sprint planning and reviews.
• Support functional testing, stakeholder demos, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop a deep understanding of the Information Technology Department, its systems, and its processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years in a lead or senior role specifically on ServiceNow projects.
• Strong background in ServiceNow SPM or TBM implementation.
• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading complex projects as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow TBM/SPM development.
• Relevant industry certifications.
