Responsibilities

• Map business requirements directly to technical and system specifications for custom development and integration projects.
• Lead enterprise-level projects independently with minimal direction from management.
• Facilitate meetings and drive consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Oversee all aspects of assigned project work to ensure successful completion.
• Interact with executive-level project sponsors to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years in a technical business analyst role.
• Experience with cloud-based software solutions.
• Proven ability to manage system integration processes.
• Strong ability to document and maintain technical tools and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading projects with minimal direction.
