You will interpret complex data sets to identify significant trends, patterns, and anomalies, translating these into clear insights for business partners and senior leadership. You will design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting systems, dashboards, and analytical tools to track key performance indicators aligned with strategic goals. You will rationalize, enhance, transform, and automate existing reports to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. You will utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets for various business applications.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex data sets to identify significant trends, patterns, and anomalies, translating these into clear, concise, and impactful insights that support informed decision-making for business partners and senior leadership.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting systems, dashboards, and analytical tools to track key performance indicators aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Rationalize, enhance, transform, and automate existing reports, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability to meet evolving business needs and requirements.
• Utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets for various business applications.
• Develop and maintain analytical reports, interactive dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and support data-driven decision-making for various business units.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in Business Analytics & Transformation roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and SAS for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with PySpark for scalable data processing.
• Strong capability in data visualization using Tableau.
• Expertise in statistical analysis and MIS reporting.
• Understanding of data and analytics ecosystems.
• Ability to generate actionable insights from large relational databases.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI and Gen AI technologies.
• Experience in scalable analytics framework development.
• Knowledge of process optimization techniques.
