Bridge business requirements and technical execution in the financial technology domain.

You will own the backlog, define user stories, and map business processes to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain prioritized backlogs using INVEST principles and the 3C approach.
• Define acceptance criteria in Jira and specify automated tests using BDD or TDD methodologies.
• Develop UML diagrams (Class, Sequence, Flow/Activity) to map business processes.
• Manage the release lifecycle by negotiating scope with stakeholders and ensuring delivery.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams for functional support, defect triage, and UAT.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development.
• 6+ years of mandatory experience in Financial Technology.
• 6+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
• Expertise in Banking Payment domains (Clearing, Faster Payments, P2P).
• Experience in Mobile Payment domains (Wallets, Partner Payments, Gateways).
• Proficiency in Jira for user story management and Confluence for documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management to drive consensus and secure sign-offs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cucumber for test automation.
• Proficiency in Visio or similar UML modeling tools.
