Description

You will act as a strategic consultant focusing on business information needs and system requirements within the healthcare domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, participate in testing, and manage issue mitigation.
• Collaborate with Provider Networking stakeholders to deliver accurate provider solutions.
• Develop business cases and financial models to support future direction across member, product, regulatory, and care management domains.
• Create and deliver presentations to influence stakeholders and inform decision-making.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities to meet deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience gathering and assessing business information needs and preparing system requirements.
• 3+ years of recent experience in a Provider Networking or Healthcare Management analyst role.
• Direct experience working with provider and medical claims data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and solution development processes.
• Strong understanding of data and information management principles and strategies.
• Proven ability to interact with and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• AHIP Certification.
