Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in loyalty or rewards program management or consulting within the healthcare sector.
• Expertise in CRM systems.
• Proficiency in data analytics to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Strong project management skills.
• Deep understanding of healthcare consumer behavior and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to deliver impactful loyalty strategies and business solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
