Description

You will drive organizational change management advisory and execution services across financing and financial operations programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation and execution of OCM strategies, roadmaps, and detailed change plans for modernization initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments, measuring change effectiveness to drive adoption.
• Develop and manage communications, training, and engagement materials to sustain transformation.
• Analyze current and future-state financial and operational processes, aligning roles and behaviors to new models.
• Produce status reports and leadership updates detailing OCM progress, risks, and outcomes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years experience as an OCM consultant or business analyst.
• Minimum 3 years leading Organizational Change Management initiatives.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervising or coordinating delivery of work products across teams.
• Expertise in Ocm Consultant and Change Management principles.
• Proficiency in Business Ana and Project Management methodologies.
• Ability to maintain understanding of operating models, regulatory constraints, and change impacts.
• Experience developing mitigation strategies for adoption and readiness risks in financial systems.
