Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and IT teams to drive Medicaid application modernization within a SAFe Agile environment. This role requires independent planning and execution of complex initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business systems and user needs to formulate solutions aligned with overall business strategies.
• Liaise between the Business community and Customer IT Teams, including Architecture and Project Delivery.
• Conduct business process reengineering and identify new technology applications to solve business problems.
• Prepare solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses including cost/benefit, ROI, and buy/build evaluations.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and development steps for computer programs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst and Business Analyst.
• Proven experience serving as a liaison between Business and IT teams.
• Strong background in analyzing raw data and gathering requirements.
• Experience with business process mapping and reengineering.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically SAFe.
• Ability to plan and accomplish goals independently with high creativity and latitude.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification or project management experience.
• Experience with major system modernization projects.
