Description

Support complex surveillance analysis and identify potential regulatory violations by bridging business stakeholders and technical implementation teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze surveillance data and workflows to identify potential violations or anomalies.
• Conduct UAT processes, including release validation and packaging feedback from business users.
• Build and maintain project artifacts, documentation, and release-related materials.
• Respond to business questions regarding surveillance data and ensure accuracy of analytical outputs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a financial services or regulatory environment.
• Strong SQL experience, including complex queries and window functions.
• Ability to perform complex data analysis and interpret findings.
• Strong domain knowledge in surveillance, compliance, or regulatory operations.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions for technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to big data concepts and Spark.
• Proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools and prompt engineering for documentation, data analysis, and research.
• Bachelor's degree.
