Description

Lead data analysis and reporting efforts within the healthcare sector to drive organizational insights. You will develop and maintain product and BI dashboards, create custom reports, and manage ETL processes to ensure data integrity. You also supervise, mentor, and coach the data team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product and BI dashboards to support decision-making.
• Create custom reports and data visualizations for various organizational needs.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction and reporting.
• Manage ETL processes to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach the data team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction.
• Advanced experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and analysis.
• Expertise in Excel for data reporting.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration.
• Experience working with EHR systems.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with KPI development and tracking.
• Familiarity with custom report writing.
