Own data quality, governance, and solution delivery by bridging business needs with technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, evaluate, and document data requirements for new systems or enhancements based on business input and technical constraints.
• Design and deliver automated and manual data solutions, including customizable tabular and visual reports.
• Structure large datasets to extract usable information and develop data strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, translating technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Establish KPIs with business units to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, data science, or data warehousing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau for creating reports and visualizations.
• Working knowledge of Excel, DAX, and Python.
• Experience working within an Agile development environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and shifting priorities independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform assessments and make technical recommendations.
• Ability to produce detailed documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and executive presentations.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of specific experience designing dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Background in software development.
