You will provide data-driven insights and reporting to support the development and management of a virtual expert platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Operations managers to produce analytics and actionable insights.
• Develop reporting structures that support the onboarding and management of tax and accounting professionals.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven outputs to help organizations leverage the platform.
• Analyze complex datasets to solve problems related to customer success and platform utilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data and analytics.
• Proficiency with QlikSense and Tableau.
• Experience using Amplitude for product analytics.
• Strong foundation in statistics.
• Background in business analysis and data tracking.
• Ability to work within an agile mindset.
• Any Graduate degree.
