Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in the US Recruitment Industry.
• 2+ years of direct experience in Business Development.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, and negotiating deals.
• Strong team management and leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
• Proficiency in goal setting, marketing, and business strategy.
• Strong professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or any Graduate degree.
