You will drive revenue growth by promoting and implementing AI-powered solutions within the contact center industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, including BPO firms and enterprise contact center operators, to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for AI integration.
• Present tailored AI solutions that address specific client pain points regarding cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and secure profitable deals to meet or exceed established revenue targets.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide client feedback for product roadmap enhancements.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts within CRM software.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of proven sales success, specifically within the technology sector.
• Foundational knowledge of AI concepts including NLP, ML, and RPA.
• Experience with CRM software for lead management and sales forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong consultative selling skills focused on needs analysis and value-based solutions.
• Ability to translate market dynamics into actionable sales strategies.
• Proven track record in relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
