Description

You will drive revenue and manage major accounts within the bedding division.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand relationships with major accounts to identify new sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maintain competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with design, supply chain, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Negotiate contracts and provide expert product recommendations to clients.
• Manage sales forecasts and monitor inventory levels to prevent obsolete stock.
• Represent the division at trade shows and industry events to monitor market trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in the textile, furniture, upholstery, or fabric industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel 50%-70%, including international trips.
• Physical ability to lift and transport sample bags up to 50 lbs.
• Strong negotiation and business acumen.
