You will design, develop, and deploy PowerBI reports and dashboards tailored to specific business needs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy PowerBI reports and dashboards that address complex business requirements.
• Partner with data engineers to streamline data flows and optimize reporting pipelines.
• Monitor BI performance, troubleshoot data issues, and conduct rigorous validation and quality checks.
• Engage with business users to define analytical requirements and deliver timely solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on PowerBI tools and reporting capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence analysis and reporting.
• Expert proficiency in PowerBI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Data Engineers on pipeline integration.
• Strong skills in data validation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional analytical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills for training end-users and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience staying updated with the latest PowerBI features and industry trends.
• Background in optimizing large-scale data reporting pipelines.
