Lead business analysis, testing, and AI-driven data synthesis to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions and reports.

Responsibilities

• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications and test plans across Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Develop and refine AI prompts and query strategies to extract, synthesize, and validate data from enterprise analytics sources, ensuring accuracy and preventing hallucinations.
• Build and maintain standardized AI prompt libraries, reusable query templates, and requirements traceability matrices.
• Extract, integrate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to develop compliant reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Promote data literacy by delivering AI and data analytics training, creating user guides, and mentoring staff on effective data and AI tool usage.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or Data Liaison.
• 10+ years of strong SQL experience for data extraction and manipulation.
• 10+ years of experience developing and validating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• 10+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating complex data requests into actionable technical solutions.
• 10+ years of experience explaining technical concepts and data limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile sprint cycles, epics, and user stories.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Health & Human Services or another highly regulated environment.
• 2+ years of experience developing and delivering data literacy or AI training for non-technical users.
