Description

Lead the design and development of agency dashboards to monitor unemployment system health, including business transactions, workloads, and employee performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Tableau dashboards and visual end-products.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to gather requirements and create wireframes or dashboard mockups.
• Work with Data Analysts to define minimal viable data assets required for visual reporting.
• Test, debug, and problem-solve new business products while assisting junior staff with technical troubleshooting.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and best practices to junior BI developers regarding dashboard development and testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence development.
• Expertise in Tableau Studio for advanced dashboard creation.
• Proficiency with SQL and Talend (ETL).
• Strong understanding of Lean Agile principles and system development lifecycles.
• Experience with wireframing and visual modeling.
• Competency in data modeling and information systems design principles.
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.

• Ability to manage multiple application development assignments and priorities.
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex technical issues.
