Description

You will lead the design and development of complex business intelligence solutions and dashboarding systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Tableau dashboards following established policies, standards, and procedures.
• Perform analytical problem-solving on complex data issues and system applications.
• Manage multiple application development assignments and competing priorities.
• Train and educate business users and analysts on effective BI design approaches.
• Communicate technical requirements and findings across departmental workgroups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence development.
• Senior-level expertise in Tableau Studio.
• Deep understanding of BI design principles and information systems design.
• Experience working with system and business applications through all phases of analysis and development.
• Strong understanding of system development using a lean agile approach.
• Ability to interpret complicated technical instructions.
• Proven experience in application system analysis and development activities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
