Description

You will design, build, and support BI applications for analytical reporting and data analysis, including migrating existing reports from Cognos to Tableau.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reporting applications using BI technologies to meet business requirements.
• Migrate existing BI reports from the Cognos reporting platform to Tableau.
• Translate business partner requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide production support, including troubleshooting and problem-solving for reporting issues.
• Work within lean agile methodologies across multiple projects with shifting priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence roles.
• Expert-level skill in Tableau Desktop, including dashboard creation, report authoring, and data source management.
• Expertise in Dashboard UI design and data modeling using Tableau.
• Proficiency with Pyramid Analytics Platform.
• Advanced ability to build and publish interactive dashboards on Tableau Server.
• Strong SQL skills for creating calculated fields, interactive filters, parameters, and complex queries.
• Experience with ETL processes to build data pipelines for BI reporting.
• Proficiency in Qlik Sense and PowerBI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cognos or Microstrategy.
• Experience working with Snowflake, Redshift, or AWS cloud technologies.
