Description
You will provide hands-on support to employees during the rollout and stabilization of a Workday-based Human Resources Management System.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time assistance to employees using the Workday HR system, both virtually and in person.
- Guide staff step-by-step through HR processes to ensure system proficiency.
- Assist with data entry, screen navigation, and error correction within the platform.
- Troubleshoot user issues and escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate channels.
- Track user questions and follow up to ensure timely resolution of open issues.
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite support sessions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business SME or user support roles.
- Direct experience supporting users during a Workday rollout or implementation.
- Hands-on experience with HRM systems, specifically Workday.
- Background in customer service, user support, training, or help desk environments.
- Proficiency with online meeting tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Strong ability to explain complex processes in clear, simple language.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting large-scale system transitions or rollouts.
- Experience creating or updating user-friendly support materials, such as guides or FAQs.
- Familiarity with HR or payroll processes.
