Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for complex, enterprise-level projects and platform implementations.
• Analyze, design, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable solutions.
• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and project leadership.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM expertise to support business process improvements, system enhancements, and platform initiatives.
• Develop process flows, business process documentation, requirements specifications, and other project deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution reviews.
• Support project planning, implementation, testing, change management, and deployment activities.
• Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Commercial, R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Management functions.
• Contribute to large-scale initiatives involving CRM, pricing automation, trade management, BI, and process lifecycle management.
• Travel approximately 20% within North America as required.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in an equivalent business/technology role.
• Extensive experience in business process analysis, process design, and process documentation.
• Mandatory: Salesforce CRM experience.
• Proven experience supporting complex, large-scale, high-impact projects or enterprise platform implementations.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% across North America.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Functional experience in Commercial, R&D, Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Management.
• Experience in the CPG manufacturing or food service industry.
• Proficiency with process flowcharting and project management tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart/Lucid, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Pricing Automation or Trade Management Systems.
• Experience with MicroStrategy, Power BI, or other business intelligence platforms.
• Understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes and methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise CRM and business transformation initiatives
