Description

You will act as a business lead managing continuous improvement and risk management initiatives for large-scale ventures in retail, wealth, and business banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation processes to define project scope and objectives.
• Create detailed user stories, system requirements, and technical documentation.
• Develop system context diagrams, flow/sequence diagrams, and use case documentation.
• Steer continuous improvement and risk management initiatives within large-scale ventures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a business lead in retail, wealth, or business banking sectors.
• Deep experience with Mainframe environments, specifically analyzing IMS transactions and copybooks.
• Proficiency navigating screens via IMS, TSO, or COBOL.
• Hands-on experience with Data ETL and analytics.
• Strong expertise in Agile/PDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Ability to create technical visualisations using MS Visio.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Competency in MS Office suite.
