Lead business analysis and risk management for large-scale retail, wealth, and business banking ventures.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation to define project scope and objectives.
• Create detailed user stories, system requirements, and technical documentation.
• Develop system context diagrams, flow/sequence diagrams, and use case documentation.
• Steer continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years as a business lead in retail, wealth, or business banking.
• Deep experience with Mainframe environments, specifically IMS transactions and copybooks.
• Proficiency navigating screens via IMS, TSO, or COBOL.
• Hands-on experience with Data ETL and analytics.
• Strong expertise in Agile/PDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Ability to create technical visualizations using MS Visio.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Competency in MS Office suite.
