You will translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure software quality through rigorous testing and documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with users to identify business needs and complex security rules.
• Document functional requirements, business rules, and technical specifications.
• Write and execute test plans and test cases for unit and regression testing.
• Develop SQL queries for application data extraction and validation.
• Maintain project and team documentation within SharePoint.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience facilitating requirement gathering sessions.
• 7+ years of experience documenting functional requirements and complex security rules.
• 5+ years of experience writing test plans and executing unit and regression testing.
• 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
• 3+ years of experience using SharePoint for project documentation.
• Strong knowledge of software technology and computer programming.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to work independently and provide guidance to other team members.
