Description

You will manage the full application lifecycle for complex business applications within a cloud computing environment. You will own functional designs, process flows, and system requirements specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business requirements, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability matrices.
• Implement ITSM processes and catalogs, specifically managing Salesforce and BMC Remedyforce integrations for 5000+ users.
• Execute end-to-end implementations of Remedyforce applications, objects, and fields to ensure service catalog scalability.
• Convert business objectives into solution designs based on ITIL v3 libraries, including Change Management and Service Management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL, MS SQL Server, and Oracle for data profiling and analytics on large datasets.
• Experience with ITSM processes, Service Management, and ITIL v3 libraries.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, change control, and process/system flow diagramming.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Waterfall.
• Proven project management and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing Salesforce or BMC Remedyforce integrations.
• BA or BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Development, SQL, and MS SSMS.
