Description

You will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT to build end-to-end healthcare solutions. You define functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements for large-scale enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs through Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, meetings, and documentation.
• Develop requirements artifacts, system process flows, diagrams, and low-fidelity wireframes.
• Convert high-level enterprise strategies into detailed system-level deliverables.
• Partner with architecture and infrastructure teams to oversee service levels and provide technical guidance.
• Identify process boundaries and develop opportunities to automate functions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst on data-related projects.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping and analyzing data to resolve issues.
• Proven experience in the requirements elicitation process and healthcare data analysis.
• Expertise in gathering, drafting, and managing change requests and requirements documentation.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications.
• Exposure to Agile practices.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading cross-functional teams to analyze operational impacts of technology changes.
