Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects while analyzing system integrations and driving requirements for managed file-transfer workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex technology programs, managing integrated plans, milestones, and cross-team dependencies.
• Elicit, analyze, and document advanced requirements, translating legacy configurations into future-state designs.
• Anticipate delivery risks and issues, owning mitigation plans and escalating with clear trade-offs to leadership.
• Engage stakeholders to translate technical concepts into actionable business communication and drive decision-making.
• Maintain 90% weekly usage of enterprise-approved AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot) to enhance productivity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technology projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Deep understanding of managed file-transfer concepts (SFTP/FTPS, authentication, routing, error handling).
• Experience with AI-driven data analytics and applied productivity using GenAI platforms.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• SQL or scripting skills for validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience creating configuration mappings, runbooks, and customer-facing documentation.
