Analyze complex business practices and systems to design technical solutions and data-driven processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale business processes and integration issues to create detailed interface specifications and requirements.
• Develop, publish, and maintain new dashboards using existing solutions while providing direct support to system owners.
• Manage all project artifacts, including business requirements documents, process documentation, data mapping, and data visualization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex systems issues and assist project managers from initiation through operational handoff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within developed reports and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, business process design, and data analysis.
• Expertise in performing complex analysis for systems scope and organizational objectives.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to create technical specifications and validate requirements against business needs.
• Demonstrable project delivery skills and experience managing the full project lifecycle.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and influence organizational dynamics.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills for audience-specific documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Tableau for dashboard development and maintenance.
