• 8 years experience as business analyst, consultant, or similar role in technology or government.
• 8 years business analysis and problem solving experience in consultative or project settings.
• 8 years solid experience cultivating and managing business relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• 8 years strong technical, written, and oral communication skills with multiple audiences including technical, data, business, leadership.
• 8 years experience in business requirements and user story creation and documentation.
• 8 years experience and skill working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with Salesforce platform including supporting business processes and eliciting/documenting requirements.
