Description

Lead complex projects involving computerized document creation, workflows, interfaces, and storage for criminal and civil systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate current business systems to recommend and implement process improvements.
• Elicit requirements through brainstorming, data mining, document analysis, and user interviews.
• Produce technical artifacts including Field Definition Matrices, Business Rules, and Interface requirements.
• Develop DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, using JavaScript to customize form behaviors.
• Facilitate risk analysis, define application access rights, and participate in project test plan creation and review.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of business systems analysis experience, specifically within document management or criminal justice contexts.
• Experience developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for customizing form behaviors.
• Ability to analyze functional and nonfunctional system requirements.
• Experience re-engineering business processes and integrating new applications with existing systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong English communication skills for translating technical concepts for non-technical internal customers.
