Description

Lead business analysis for large BI projects and cross-functional initiatives, translating complex requirements into functional specifications and data governance standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to define project scope and gather detailed requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, data governance standards, and UAT plans.
• Perform data validation and support ETL and data model design reviews.
• Coordinate testing and verify BI deliverables meet functional requirements.
• Mentor junior and mid-level BSAs while partnering with BI developers and data engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and analytics architecture.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies using Jira and Confluence.
• Deep understanding of finance or insurance business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Proven track record of on-time delivery within scope, time, and cost constraints.
