Description

You will lead requirements elicitation and data mapping to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit complex requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and system documentation.
• Map data flows and create system context, sequence, and use case diagrams.
• Manage the transition of projects from Clarity to Jira and Jira Align.
• Integrate Jira and Clarity to provide a unified, end-to-end view of program progress.
• Document and track Agile KPIs and program management metrics for reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or similar roles.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and the Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Align, including proficiency in JQL.
• Experience managing project transformations between Clarity and Jira.
• Strong data mapping and analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency with Confluence, MS Visio, and MS Office.
• Ability to produce flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and use case documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Agile SAFe certification.
• Direct experience using Clarity.
