Lead business analysis for large BI projects, translating complex requirements into functional specifications and ensuring delivery alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts for large BI projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Perform data validation and support ETL/data model design reviews.
• Mentor junior and mid-level BSAs, providing feedback and process guidance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI.
• Understanding of data warehousing and analytics architecture.
• Experience with Agile delivery using Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to partner with BI developers and data engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of finance or insurance business processes.
• Advanced facilitation and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating UAT plans and testing.
