Description

You will support the delivery of a next-generation platform by aligning business objectives with technical implementation through detailed system modeling and requirements documentation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements using use case driven approaches within Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Develop domain models, capability maps, and data dictionaries using Enterprise Architect and Miro.
• Translate business processes into modular service boundaries, logic flows, and workflow rules.
• Define integration payloads and dialect requirements using JSON and XML to support API design.
• Document business logic and system behaviors to ensure compliance with SOX and FINSIG controls.
• Collaborate with QA teams using tools like Tosca or UiPath to ensure requirements traceability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise software or platform modernization.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Visio.
• Expertise in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and the SDLC.
• Experience modeling systems using Enterprise Architect (EA) or equivalent tools.
• Ability to document integration structures including JSON and XML.
• Strong background in business process modeling and workflow design.
• Knowledge of automation platforms such as UiPath or Tosca.
• Familiarity with audit frameworks including SOX and FINSIG.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with cloud-native systems and modular design.
