Support next-generation platform delivery by aligning business objectives with technical implementation through system modeling and requirements documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements using use case-driven approaches in Agile/SCRUM.
• Develop domain models, capability maps, and data dictionaries using Enterprise Architect and Miro.
• Translate business processes into modular service boundaries, logic flows, and workflow rules.
• Define integration payloads and dialect requirements using JSON and XML for API design.
• Document business logic to ensure compliance with SOX and FINSIG controls.

Required Skills

• 6+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise software or platform modernization.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Visio.
• Expertise in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and the SDLC.
• Experience modeling systems using Enterprise Architect (EA) or equivalent tools.
• Ability to document integration structures including JSON and XML.
• Strong background in business process modeling and workflow design.
• Knowledge of automation platforms such as UiPath or Tosca.
• Familiarity with audit frameworks including SOX and FINSIG.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with cloud-native systems and modular design.
