Description

Drive requirements and lifecycle management within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily scrum stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Support product owners with backlog maintenance and release scheduling.
• Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, Data Analysts, and Data Architects during design reviews.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production incident resolution, and user training.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services domain.
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile environments with weekly or bi-weekly iterations.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data mapping.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, use case diagrams, and workflow diagrams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Testing Life Cycle, and Business Process Management.
• Experience using JIRA and working directly with development teams.
• Agile certification (Scrum or Kanban).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent graduate degree.
