You will drive requirement clarity and support the full development lifecycle within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams to define technical requirements.
• Support product owners with backlog maintenance, grooming, and release scheduling.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, data analysts, and architects during design reviews and sprint ceremonies.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with production incident resolution.
• Create user manuals and conduct training sessions to support system implementation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services domain.
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile environments with weekly or bi-weekly iterations.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, use case diagrams, and workflow diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and data mapping.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Business Process Management.
• Experience using JIRA for project tracking and management.
• Agile certification (Scrum or Kanban).
• Bachelor's Degree.
