Perform analysis, design, implementation, and support of business applications while aligning technology solutions with strategic goals.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business units and translate them into technical specifications for developers.
• Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementation decisions.
• Support complex business processes and contribute to multiple projects as part of project teams.
• Develop test plans and test cases for manual testing efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all business functions to ensure solution alignment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related technical roles.
• Data analysis and ETL analysis experience, including data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica or SnapLogic.
• Experience with Adobe Campaign V7 or V8.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud components (AEP, FAC, Campaign, or Analytics).
• Ability to read and understand programming languages and code functions.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
