Responsibilities

• Elicit detailed business requirements through direct stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate meetings to align technical execution with business goals.
• Document processes and workflows using Visio.
• Manage requirements and tasks within Agile frameworks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• IIBA Certification.
• PM or PO Certification.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and TFS.
• Proficiency in Visio.
• Agile Business Analysis experience.
• Working knowledge of SAFe methodology.
• Experience using standard software development tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in hybrid office environments.
