Description

You will act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to define and document system requirements. You will own the full lifecycle of requirements gathering, documentation, and quality assurance for systems projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project documentation including workflow analysis, dataflow diagrams, and screen designs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Identify gaps between business needs and proposed design solutions.
• Lead the development of test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Oversee test execution, document results, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience performing analysis and producing technical documentation for systems projects.
• Experience with Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Proficiency in UAT, testing strategies, and test execution.
• Experience managing and reporting test results.
• Experience using Jira or QTest.
• Strong skills in interviewing, workflow analysis, and dataflow diagramming.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience with data movement tools such as RightFax, sFTP, or FTP.
