Description

You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business users to define, document, and implement system requirements across the full systems development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and document functional requirements, workflows, dataflow diagrams, and screen designs.
• Translate system workflows into configuration and identify gaps between business needs and proposed design solutions.
• Lead the development of test strategies, test plans, and test cases, overseeing execution and result documentation.
• Manage project documentation, issue logs, and communications to resolve miscommunications between technical and business teams.
• Support project scoping, user acceptance testing, training, and implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience performing analysis and producing technical documentation for systems projects.
• Proficiency in workflow analysis, dataflow diagramming, and screen design.
• Experience developing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing strategies.
• Experience with Jira or QTest.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through organized task planning and resource tracking.
• Experience producing Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the Financial Services industry.
• Experience with data movement tools such as RightFax, sFTP, or FT.
