Description

You will manage technical and functional requirements for debit and credit card operations systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment between business and technology teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for card operations through collaboration with stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams.
• Document functional and technical specifications for debit and credit card systems.
• Liaise between business and technology teams to align workflows and deliverables.
• Partner with payment network providers (Visa, Plus, Star, Moneypay) and vendors (FIS, TSYS).
• Support end-to-end transaction processing including settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, fraud detection, and dispute management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within Banking or Financial Services.
• Deep expertise in Card Operations (Debit/Credit).
• Hands-on experience with Visa, Plus, Star, and Moneypay payment networks.
• Strong experience with FIS and TSYS global payment products.
• In-depth knowledge of authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and disputes.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for development and QA teams.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with core banking platforms and card system integrations.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, NACHA, and FFIEC regulatory compliance.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills for transaction and data validation.
